At Backup Factory, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, but you may be able to return the item(s) for a refund (see below).
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
If the item(s) received are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement.
Exceptions: Please note that some items may not be eligible for a refund or return, such as custom orders or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
